Subscriptions

Subscriptions are bought and managed through the App Store. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all data in two ways:

• In the app: Settings → Delete Account.
• On the web: sign in, open Account, and choose Delete account.

This deletes the parent account, every child profile and all practice history. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. An active App Store subscription must be cancelled separately in your Apple account.
